Quarterbacks

Cash Game QB: Justin Herbert ($6,800) vs. Falcons:

The rookie passer burned a lot of fantasy teams against the Patriots in Week 13. But he’ll bounce back against the Falcons and, thanks to some recency bias, he should have low ownership. Over the past five weeks, Atlanta has allowed 103 DKFP to QBs, which is about 20 DKFP per game. Start Herbert in cash contests with confidence.

GPPs QB: Aaron Rodgers ($7,500) vs. Lions:

Rodgers has been on an absolute tear and hasn’t scored less than 23 DKFP since Week 7. Considering the Packers are battling with the Saints for the NFC’s first-round bye (check out the NFC First-Round Bye Odds Boost), Rodgers and company will be fired up to not just beat their NFC North rivals, but show the rest of the league that they are coming for the Lombardi Trophy.

Player Prop: Ryan Tannehill Passing Yards Total 254.5: Bet OVER (-118):

DraftKings Sportsbook is expecting a high-scoring game in Jacksonville this weekend, as indicated by the over/under of 52.5 points (one of five games with an O/U over 50). The Jaguars’ defense has allowed the past six quarterbacks they’ve faced to go over the 254-yard mark. Meanwhile, Tannehill has exceeded this yardage total in two of his past three games, including a season-high of 389 yards in Week 13.

Running Backs

Cash Game RB: Jonathan Taylor ($5,800) vs. Raiders:

The Raiders’ defense just got run over like a doormat when they faced the Jets to the tune of 206 yards and two touchdowns. Taylor at $5,800 isn’t just a bargain, it’s highway robbery. The Colts rookie has back-to-back weeks with over 90 yards and has 42 total touches in his past two games.

GPPs RB: David Montgomery ($6,500) vs. Texans:

Where’s all the hype about Montgomery’s past two weeks? Why are the fantasy pundits ignoring what the Bears running back has produced in Weeks 12 and 13? Is the industry being blinded by the Bears’ offensive ineptitude? Perhaps, but don’t let that fool you into thinking Montgomery is not producing. In the past three weeks, he’s RB7 and the kicker is he’s only played in two games. He’s produced back-to-back weeks of over 27 DKFP, thanks to nine receptions, 185 rushing yards and three touchdowns.

Player Prop: David Montgomery Anytime Touchdown: Bet To Score (+105):

You just read about why Montgomery is a great GPP option at running back. Now let’s discuss his matchup against the Texans and why we have complete confidence in him finding the end zone. The Texans have allowed 15 rushing touchdowns this season, good for the second-most in the NFL. The last time a running back didn’t score against Houston was in Week 7!

Wide Receivers

Cash Game Justin Jefferson ($7,400) vs. Buccaneers:

There are three receivers with more fantasy points this year than the Vikings rookie playmaker — Tyreek Hill, Davante Adams and DK Metcalf. Jefferson has four touchdowns in his past three games and has scored 30, 26, 17.6 and 24.5 DKFP in his past four games. Meanwhile, Tampa Bay has allowed the most fantasy points to receivers over the past five weeks, which is telling of just how much they’ve been getting burned considering they had a bye last week and thus played one less game than most of the other putrid passing defenses during that time span.

GPP WR: Corey Davis ($5,700) vs. Jaguars:

Coming off perhaps the best game of his career, Davis gets an excellent matchup against a Jaguars defense that is nearly as bad as the Bucs when it comes to stopping wide receivers. Jacksonville has allowed the second-most yards and is tied for the most touchdowns (with the Bucs) by the WR position over the past five weeks. If you like our pick for QB player prop above (Tannehill over 254.5 yards), then Davis will be a big factor in making that come to fruition.

Player Prop: Keenan Allen anytime TD (+135):

The Chargers' top receiver’s five-game touchdown streak was snapped in Week 13. The Patriots defense didn’t just shutout Allen, they shut down the entire Chargers offense. But that’s to be expected whenever a Bill Belichick-coached squad is going up against a rookie quarterback. Though Atlanta is playing better under Raheem Morris, they don’t have a shutdown cornerback like the Pats do in Stephon Gilmore. Allen gets back to his scoring ways in Week 14.

Tight Ends

Cash Game TE: Rob Gronkowski ($4,800) vs. Vikings:

The last time we saw Tom Brady’s longtime teammate in action he had six catches for 106 yards against the Chiefs in Week 12. He now faces a Vikings defense that gave up 86 yards to the tight end position last week against the Jaguars. The Brady to Gronk connection was magical in New England and it clearly carried over to Tampa Bay. Among all Bucs playmakers, Gronk is second behind only Mike Evans in touchdowns and catches inside the red zone.

GPP TE: Logan Thomas ($3,300) vs. 49ers:

One look at the daunting “red” matchup against the 49ers’ defense and most DFS players will quickly forget about Thomas’s Week 13 performance against the Steelers in which he posted nine catches for 98 yards and a score. What most people won’t remember is the fact his matchup against the Steelers last week was also red. Thomas has touchdowns in back-to-back weeks and without Antonio Gibson in action, Alex Smith will need to lean on his tight end to help move the chains against San Francisco.

Player Prop: Dalton Schultz Reception Total: Bet OVER 3.5 (-112):

Schultz has had a minimum of four catches in each of his past five games and in six of his past seven. He now takes on a Bengals defense that is getting lit up like a Christmas tree by tight ends over the past two weeks. Mike Gesicki caught nine passes against Cincinnati and Evan Engram caught six. Plus we’ll gladly buy into the Andy Dalton revenge game narrative, after all, what more does Dallas really have going for them?

Good luck in Week 14!
