History at Indianapolis Motor Speedway

The Pennzoil 150 might be a road race, but that shouldn’t affect Briscoe too much. He finished seventh after starting in 10th at a road race last August and also has a road course win at Roval, where he’s maintained a driver rating of 131.2 since 2017. Briscoe has proven that he can navigate these difficult tracks affectively.

2020 performance

Briscoe has more wins (4) than any other driver and ranks second in top five finishes (6) this season. He’s also tied for second in top 10 finishes with 9. Briscoe is getting things done across the board and has been a top-notch driver this season. Only second place Noah Gragson can stack up against his production.

Daily fantasy advice

Briscoe has been in the top 10 pretty consistently. In fact, he’s cracked that mark in five of his last six races. He’ll start 12th on the grid, and that bodes well for his finishing position. He reaches double-digits in fastest laps fairly often and has led for more than 10 laps six times in 10 races, but a road course raises some questions. That being said, for a course with such uncertainty, he’s one of the best options up for grabs.
