Twenty-nine gold medals will be handed out on Thursday, August 5th at the Tokyo Summer Olympics. The slate of events will run throughout the day, and plenty of the high-profile sports will be on display featuring the top USA athletes with plenty of ways to watch.

If you are not in front of a television, NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports mobile app will both offer streaming coverage, but you’ll need a cable subscription for access. If you don’t have one, you can get a free trial for USA and NBC Sports Network through YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the contests.

While it’s not a gold medal event, plenty of attention will be on the Team USA men’s basketball team that needs one more win to advance to the gold medal game. The Americans lost to Australia in an exhibition game prior to the Olympics, but they will meet up again in Thursday’s semifinals. The game will get started at 12:15 a.m. ET on Thursday with the gold medal game on Friday.
