USWNT and Australia meet Tuesday morning for the final group stage game in Olympic women’s soccer. The Americans are trying to win another game in strong fashion in an attempt to better position themselves for the knockout round while Australia looks to secure a knockout round spot for itself. The game will be on USA at 4:00 a.m. ET.

The USWNT will attempt to make it two wins in a row after demolishing New Zealand in the second group stage game. Alex Morgan, Rose Lavelle and Christen Press found the back of the net in the game against New Zealand but will the Americans find a way to get Megan Rapinoe and Carli Lloyd more involved? Expect some of the lesser known players to make an Olympic appearance here if the game is in hand.
Australia is determined to upset the USA and book a spot in the knockout round themselves. Sam Kerr is a star and will look to shake USA’s defense consistently and Kyah Simon is another name to look out for. The Aussies are a veteran unit more than capable of springing a surprise.
