This week’s Sunday Night Football game features the 8-3 Kansas City Chiefs on the road to take on the 5-6 Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. The Chiefs are favored by six points. And while it may look like a lopsided matchup at first glance, the mighty Chiefs’ offense has struggled lately, while the Packers have won four of their last five games as underdogs.
Last week, the Chiefs had to overcome a 14-0 deficit to beat the Las Vegas Raiders, preventing a two-game skid that would have put them behind the eight ball in the chase for the top seed in the AFC. The Packers are riding high, winning two straight, including an impressive Week 12 win over the NFC North-leading Detroit Lions. A big part of Green Bay’s recent surge is quarterback Jordan Love’s improved pay.
This one looks like it could turn out to be one of the better games on the docket for Week 13, so make time to watch it.
