Which NFL head coaches are on the hot seat after Week 12?

We go over which coaches are in danger of being fired after Week 12.

As Week 12 wraps up, we take a look at which NFL head coaches should be feeling the heat before we head into December.

Frank Reich, Carolina Panthers

Reich has become a weekly guest on this list as the Panthers continue to lose. They hit 1-10 this week with a 17-10 loss against the Tennessee Titans. Reich’s Panthers, led by rookie quarterback Bryce Young, look fairly hopeless and may just end up with a one-win season.

Ron Rivera, Washington Commanders

Rivera’s Commanders are now 4-8 after losing four of their last five games. They had two promising performances against the Eagles, but couldn’t duplicate that success anywhere else. Their most recent loss was a 45-10 beatdown from the Cowboys on Thanksgiving.

Bill Belichick, New England Patriots

Belichick may seem out of place on this list on his 23rd season as the head coach of the Patriots, but these are not the Pats of days gone by. New England is 2-9 after a 10-7 loss to the New York Giants in Week 12. This is a team with myriad issues that just might start at the top. Belichick’s seat is probably as hot as it’s been in his tenure with the Patriots.

Jonathan Gannon, Arizona Cardinals

Sure, it’s Gannon’s first year with the Cardinals, but Arizona is now at 2-10 — and with Josh Dobbs’ success in Minnesota, it’s not looking so easy to write off the games that Kyler Murray missed earlier this season. The Cardinals pulled off a miracle against the Cowboys and beat the Falcons by two for their two wins. They lost to the Rams in Week 12, 37-14.
