The San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks will face off in a fun divisional rivalry matchup on Thanksgiving. This is the first time these two teams will match up this season. Kickoff from Lumen Field is set for 8:20 p.m. ET and will air on NBC.

After their little skid in the middle of the season, the 49ers are back. Everybody overreacted because of their struggles, but injuries were holding them back. Deebo Samuel and Trent Williams mean so much to this team and being without them clearly hurt. Brock Purdy was really bad and has looked like a good quarterback since Williams and Samuel returned. Talanoa Hufanga unfortunately tore his ACL for the 49ers this weekend and that will be a big blow for that secondary.

It’s hard to tell how good Seattle really is. They’ve beat some good teams in the Detroit Lions and Cleveland Browns but also had some bad losses as they lost to the Los Angeles Rams twice and got steamrolled in Baltimore. Geno Smith suffered a tricep injury that could keep him out for a few weeks, but that would be awful. They need to win some games in the next few weeks as they showed they are ready for a playoff run by trading for Leonard Williams at the trade deadline.
