The NFL trade deadline arrives at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1st, and this offers the last chance for major moves to upgrade teams or grab draft picks. We’ve already seen some big trades as teams jockey for position to move up in the standings and in the playoff race.
Deadline day trades
Falcons trade S Dean Marlowe to Bills
Buffalo sent Atlanta a 2023 seventh-round pick for Marlowe, per Adam Schefter.
Chiefs trade CB Rashad Fenton to the Falcons
Kansas City sends Fenton to the Falcons for a conditional seventh-round pick at the deadline, per Field Yates.
Colts trade RB Nyheim Hines to Buffalo Bills
The Indianapolis Colts have traded RB Nyheim Hines to the Buffalo Bills, per Adam Schefter. The Colts are getting back RB Zack Moss and a sixth-rounder, per Jay Glazer.
Jets trade DE Jacob Martin and 2024 5th to Denver for 2024 4th
The New York Jets are trading pass rusher Jacob Martin and a 2024 5th-round pick to the Broncos for a 2024 4th-rounder, per Ian Rapoport.
Suspended WR Calvin Ridley to Jaguars
The Falcons have traded WR Calvin Ridley to the Jacksonville Jaguars, per Mia O’Brien. Draft compensation has multiple clauses to it, but it will be two draft picks heading back to the Falcons.
There are conditions attached to this trade for Calvin Ridley. If he gets reinstated bye a date, it’s worth a 2023 5th, otherwise it's for a 6th. If he makes the team in 2024, it’s at least a 4th. If he hits play-time milestone, it’s a 3rd. If Jax get a long-term done, it’s a 2. https://t.co/RThnpL1ioO

RB Jeff Wilson to Dolphins
The San Francisco 49ers have traded RB Jeff Wilson Jr. to the Dolphins for a 2023 5th round pick, per Tom Pelissero.
OLB Bradley Chubb to Dolphins
The Dolphins traded a 2023 first, a 2024 fourth, and RB Chase Edmonds to the Broncos for Chubb and a 2025 fifth round pick, per Adam Schefter.
WR Chase Claypool to Bears
Pittsburgh is trading their receiver to Chicago for a second round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, per Albert Breer.
TE T.J. Hockenson to Vikings
Minnesota is trading a 2023 second-round pick and 2024 third-round pick to Detroit for Hockenson, a 2023 fourth-round pick and a 2024 conditional fourth-round pick, per Tom Pelissero.
CB William Jackson III to Steelers
Washington is dealing the 30-year-old defensive back to the Steelers, per NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport. The terms of the trade have yet to be disclosed.
Trade Rumors
Brian Burns, DE, Panthers
Adam Schefter reported on October 23 that the Panthers had turned down an offer for Burns that included two first round picks. Albert Breer is reporting on November 1 that the team that offered two firsts was the Los Angeles Rams.
Brandin Cooks, WR, Texans
Cooks has been traded three times so far in his nine-year career and it looks like a fourth might be in the works. The Texans appear willing to trade Cooks according to multiple reports, including ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Schefter reports that potential destinations could include the New York Giants, Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings,
Kareem Hunt, RB, Browns
Hunt will be a free agent this offseason and it doesn’t look like the Browns want to pay him, so trade rumors have been rampant. The Browns are willing to trade Hunt, per Adam Schefter. They apparently would like a 4th round pick for the backup running back. The Rams, Bills, and Eagles have been inquiring about running backs and Hunt is very much in their sights.
Bradley Chubb, OLB, Broncos
Jerry Jeudy, WR, Broncos
KJ Hamler, WR, Broncos
Albert Okwuegbunam, TE, Broncos
Trade rumors are swirling for the Broncos, but nothing seems to be imminent, as the Broncos appear to be asking a lot for their players. Tight end Okwuegbunam has been a healthy scratch of late, so would likely be the easiest of this group to acquire.
Nyheim Hines, RB, Colts
Teams have reached out to the Colts to inquire about trading for RB/WR/PR Nyheim Hines, per sources.

Completed trades
Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers
The Carolina Panthers traded away McCaffrey to the 49ers for their 2023 second, third and fourth-round picks plus a fifth-round pick.
Kadarius Toney, WR, Chiefs
Toney was traded from the Giants to the Chiefs for a third and sixth round pick.
James Robinson, RB, Jets
With Travis Etienne taking over as the lead back in Jacksonville and the Jets losing Breece Hall to an ACL injury, these teams fit well for a trade. The Jets only had to give up a 6th rounder for him.
Roquan Smith, LB, Ravens
The Bears just traded Robert Quinn and now they trade away Smith. They did get a 2nd and 5th round pick from the Ravens for a player they didn’t appear to want at his asking price.
Robert Quinn, LB, Eagles
The Bears traded away Quinn for a fourth round pick to the Eagles.
Robbie Anderson, WR, Cardinals
Anderson only cost the Cardinals a 2024 6th rounder and a 2025 7th rounder.
