The visiting Jets prevailed in their preseason opener against the New York Giants last Saturday in a 12-7 win, a victory that marked the debut of franchise quarterback Zach Wilson in a green and white uniform. The BYU product went six-of-nine during the exhibition, passing for 63 yards before handing the reigns to backups James Morgan and Mike White.
The Packers got a glimpse of their future as well with Jordan Love making his preaseason debut in a 26-7 loss to the Houston Texans last week. The highlight of his night came when he dumped off a 22-yard touchdown pass to rookie camp riser Kylin Hill.
