Is Travis Kelce a no-brainer to roster for Week 1?

The Kansas City Chiefs and Arizona Cardinals meet up in Week 2 of the 2021 NFL preseason at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. ET and the game will air on ESPN. Given that this is the preseason, we’ll see plenty of unknown and lesser known faces on the rosters. To keep track of who you’re watching, check out the Chiefs roster and the Cardinals roster.

In Week 1, the Chiefs faced the 49ers on the road. Kansas City won 19-16, although Patrick Mahomes and company played less than expected. The Chiefs have a situation at running back worth monitoring, with Jerick McKinnon emerging as a threat to Clyde Edwards-Helaire. The No. 2 wide receiver role is also up for grabs, with Mecole Hardman looking like he has the upper hand in that battle.

The Cardinals opened their preseason against the Cowboys at home. Arizona won that game 19-16, although Kyler Murray did not play. The most notable development from this game was Rondale Moore’s usage. The Cardinals were not shy about trying to get him the ball in space in a variety of ways and he’s a player to keep in mind going forward. Chase Edmonds appears to be the lead running back after seeing more action than James Conner.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out this preseason contest, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription. If you don’t have a cable login to access ESPN for a live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

The Chiefs are a 2.5-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook and -155 on the moneyline. The Cardinals are a +135 moneyline underdog at home, with the game’s point total installed at 41.5.
