The Seahawks finished with a 12-4 record in the 2020 season and fell short the wild card round against the Los Angeles Rams. It was followed by a bit of a mess in the offseason between Russell Wilson and the front office, but it appears everybody is getting along heading into 2021. The Raiders got off to a hot start with a 6-3 record last season before things fell apart and they missed out on the playoffs, losing five of their last seven games. This is a big year for Jon Gruden and Derek Carr to get the Raiders back into the playoffs.
