NFL Network will be broadcasting two games on Friday, Aug. 13 for out-of-market viewers.
The Buffalo Bills probably won’t put franchise quarterback Josh Allen on the field, but the Detroit Lions will get Jared Goff a quarter or so of action. The contest will also serve as Dan Campbell’s debut as the Lions head coach. Later in the day, the Dallas Cowboys will follow up their Hall of Fame Game performance with a matchup against Kliff Kingsbury’s Arizona Cardinals. While that matchup won’t feature Dak Prescott who continues to deal with a shoulder strain, promising rookies like Micah Parsons will receive more action than last week. Meanwhile, Kyler Murray should start the game for Arizona.
If you aren’t around a TV to check out the NFL Network slate, you can stream the games via NFL.com, the NFL Network app, and through NFL Gamepass. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription for these. If you don’t have a cable login, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the games.
