Complete list of opponents for the Denver Broncos in 2021

The Denver Broncos wrapped up the 2020 regular season with a 5-11 season and will pick No. 9 in the 2021 NFL Draft. Head coach Vic Fangio will return in spite of a 16-20 record over his first two seasons.

Injuries were a big issue for the team, losing cornerstone players Von Miller and Courtland Sutton at different points for the season. The defense played fairly well even after the loss, but the Broncos offense struggled to develop any kind of consistency. Drew Lock is the undisputed starter for the time being, but all eyes will be on him in 2021.

The Broncos team needs will depend in part on how they approach free agency. There could be significant turnover on the interior of the defensive line and most teams could use a boost on the offensive line. Denver could invest extensively in the trenches this offseason.

The Denver Broncos will face their AFC West divisional opponents six times, half at home and half on the road. In addition, they draw matchups against all for teams from the AFC North and NFC East. The NFL is expected to add a 17th game to the regular season schedule that will feature an inter-conference matchup with a similarly placed team. The Broncos would face the NFC North.
