Both Cam Newton and Odell Beckham Jr. are coming off injuries from 2019. Beckham Jr. played through his core muscle injury but had surgery in January while Newton missed the season due a Lisfranc injury in his foot. Newton is still looking for a job after being released by the Panthers and Beckham Jr. hopes to return to his top receiver status. Both are seen working out in Newton’s latest Instagram post:

The video doesn’t give us a lot to go on, but Newton has posted quite a few videos which show his foot is fully healed. Beckham Jr. also appears fine and ready to get back to work for an improved Browns team.

Newton will likely need to take a physical from teams to get signed and that might be one reason he has not signed to date. The league doesn’t seem interested in giving him a starting job at this point, so a backup role is likely his best shot for 2020. Injuries have slowed him down but he’s still just 30 years old and should get another shot to start at some point.
