It doesn’t matter how the ball gets into the end zone as long as it gets there. The Jacksonville Jaguars jumped on top of the Minnesota Vikings early with a touchdown pass that deflected into the hands of wide receiver Laviska Shenault. It looked like Mike Glennon was trying to connect with D.J. Chark, but it’s also possible Chark just ended up in the way of the pass. Either way, Jacksonville is up 6-0 after a touchdown and missed extra point.
The Jaguars entered the game as a ten-point underdog, with the Vikings surging in a bid for a wild card berth.
Off the deflection and into Laviska Shenault's hands for the TD! #DUUUVAL
