Tracking all the NFL players that will not play in Week 17

Some teams know they will be golfing in January, while others want to get healthier for the playoffs. We break down the list of players who will sit out Week 17.

The NFL wraps up the season on Sunday with plenty of playoff implications in Week 17. seven playoff spots are left to be earned. in the AFC, the Chiefs are the No. 1 seed and have the only bye, but in the NFC, the Packers, Saints and Seahawks all have a shot at that No. 1 seed.

Given the nature of Week 17, some teams will be going all out and other teams are just looking to get through the weekend without players getting hurt. The Chiefs are the only team that has absolutely nothing to play for and are planning to sit several starters.

This will impact traditional and daily fantasy decisions, but also sports betting decisions. We’ll track it all here throughout the week leading up to the regular season finale.
