Justin Herbert throws 3 touchdowns vs. Buccaneers

Justin Herbert has continued to impress as a starter with the Chargers.

Final update: Herbert finished the game 20 of 25 for 290 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. He also added 14 yards on the ground.

Rookie quarterback Justin Herbert looked impressive in his first two starts for the Los Angeles Chargers and has been dominant against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4.

Herbert is 19-of-23 passing for 287 yards and three touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but his team trails 35-31 He’s thrown touchdowns to Jalen Guyton, Tyron Johnson, and Donald Parham. He’s now the second quarterback in NFL history to total over 900 passing yards in his first three games. The other is Cam Newton.

Here’s a look at some of the big-time plays he’s made so far. It looks like Los Angeles will continue to let him air it out against Tom Brady, who is one of his childhood idols.
