The NFL closes out Week 16 on Monday with a game that could finalize one more division title. The Minnesota Vikings host the Green Bay Packers in the final Monday Night Football game of the season. If the Vikings win, they have an outside shot at winning the NFC North. If the Packers win, they clinch the division title.
Week 16 locked up a couple more playoff appearances, and started to settle some seeding. Saturday was a particularly busy day. The Houston Texans clinched the AFC South with a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the New England Patriots clinched the AFC East with a win over the Buffalo Bills, and the Vikings clinched at least a wild card berth with the Los Angeles Rams loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
On Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens secured home field advantage through the AFC playoffs. They’re the only team to clinch more than just a division title thanks to the Kansas City Chiefs beating the Chicago Bears Sunday evening. The remaining first round byes and playoff positioning will be settled in Week 17.
