Le’Veon Bell arrives for Jets-Steelers wearing Pittsburgh colors

He’s either gonna set fantasy records or get mostly shut out. There’s no middle ground.

The New York Jets host the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 16, and that means running back Le’Veon Bell faces his old team for the first time since his somewhat acrimonious departure. Bell has not had bad things to say about his old team, but given the holdout that preceded his departure, he’s going to be a little bit motivated.

Bell decided to have some fun on arrival at Met Life Stadium. He wore a bright yellow sweatshirt that is clearly trolling his old team — or at least the media before the game.

Bell has had the worst season of his career, rushing for 676 yards and three touchdowns, and catching 57 passes for 404 yards in a lost season for the Jets. Given the nature of this matchup, Bell seems likely to either go off in a huge way, or get mostly shutout. It feels like there isn’t really a middle ground.
