The highlight of Thanksgiving football this year was when New Orleans Saints defensive tackle Shy Tuttle intercepted a Matt Ryan pass and then stiff-armed the Falcons quarterback on the return. Yes, there was other quality football on Thursday, but I’m not sure any of it can touch that play.
However, we have come across something that raised that stiff arm a notch. The German broadcast of the play will leave any viewer (except Matt Ryan) with a smile on their face. They call the interception and the run back, and when Tuttle shoved Ryan to the ground, the broadcasters break out in hilarious laughter. They are just as entertained by that play as the rest of us.
For this play, we all give thanks!
I just stumbled across the German broadcast of Shy Tuttle stiff-arming Matt Ryan into dust and it’s everything #Saints pic.twitter.com/giR5aBKOR5
