The NFL wraps up Week 9 with a big NFC East matchup in prime time. The New York Giants host the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football, with the Giants looking to stay moderately alive in the divisional race, and the Cowboys looking to maintain their lead on the Eagles. The Cowboys are 4-3 coming off a bye after a huge prime time win over Philadelphia. The Giants are 2-6 and in the midst of a four-game losing streak.
This marks a big game for Giants rookie quarterback Daniel Jones, as he will have all of his key skill position players available. Wide receiver Sterling Shepard cleared out of the concussion protocol this week, and will play for the first time since Week 5. He joins Saquon Barkley, Golden Tate, and Evan Engram, and while the offensive line remains a problem, this is a big boost for Jones.
The Cowboys have questions surrounding their own offensive line, with both La’el Collins and Tyron Smith dealing with injuries. They’ll look to clear them to provide support for Dak Prescott.
The Cowboys opened as a touchdown favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, and we really haven’t seen much line movement since then. The point total sits at 48.5 points in a game that could end up a shootout with all the offensive skill position players in place.
