Sometimes the best touchdowns are the ones that don’t happen. Indianapolis Colts guard Quenton Nelson was brought in for a heavy package and appeared to score a touchdown on a goal line rush. Upon review, he did not break the plane of the goal line and the touchdown was called back.
In spite of that, the world will never forget what is probably the best celebration of the season. The rest of the offensive line helped pick Nelson up and guide him to do a keg stand in the end zone.
As NFL Network Red Zone anchor Scott Hanson said, there’s NO way he learned this at an august institution of higher learning like Notre Dame.
