The Houston Texans will play the Indianapolis Colts in Week 18 of the regular season. Kickoff from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, is set for 8:15 p.m. ET and will air on ESPN, ABC, and ESPN+. The winner of this game will clinch a playoff berth, while the loser will be eliminated from playoff contention.

The Texans are 1.5-point favorites at DraftKings Sportsbook. Houston is the -122 moneyline favorite, while Indianapolis is the +100 underdog.

Texans vs. Colts, Week 18: Pick against the spread

Houston will be happy to have C.J. Stroud back for this game, as the offense struggled when he was sidelined with a concussion. The Texans lost to the Colts in Week 2 31-20. They will be missing some key offensive pieces but are one win away from their first playoff berth since 2019.

Indianapolis has powered through all of its injuries and is a win away from getting back to the playoffs. Gardner Minshew has taken control of the offense and is leaning on Michael Pittman Jr. as well as the run game between Jonathan Taylor and Zack Moss. The Colts are coming off a win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Pick: Texans -1.5

This game is practically a pick ‘em, and Houston has a better chance of coming out with a win. The lack of Tank Dell and Noah Brown in the receiving corps certainly won’t make it easy, but still, the Texans are finding ways to win behind Stroud, a resurgent Devin Singletary, and head coach DeMeco Ryans.
