The New England Patriots head to Acrisure Stadium to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football in Week 14. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET. Here are some of our favorite prop bets for the matchup.
Patriots vs. Steelers player prop bets
Bailey Zappe — under 0.5 passing TDs (+100)
Zappe has not had a passing touchdown all season. Will this be the first game that he finds the end zone? It’s always a possibility, but the safer bet here is on the under. Zappe just had his first start last week, but has seen action in multiple games and played the entire second half in Week 12. With no Rhamondre Stevenson, the Patriots offense is going to take a big hit in the backfield, and this Steelers defense has allowed just 14 passing touchdowns all year. All three of Zappe’s starting receivers are listed as questionable.
Ezekiel Elliott — over 58.5 rushing yards (-115)
Elliott is taking over the majority of the backfield load with Rhamondre Stevenson out, and with how rough the passing game has looked for New England, we can expect Elliott to see plenty of action and opportunities in this matchup. The Steelers rushing defense has been below average this season, and Elliott has hit the 50-yard mark twice in his last three games. When we take into account the injury-plagued receiver room in New England, this feels like. lock.
Jaylen Warren — anytime TD scorer (+145)
Najee Harris has been dealing with a knee injury this week and is listed as questionable heading into the matchup. If the Steelers are going to rely on the run game here with Kenny Pickett out, Jaylen Warren will be picking up any slack left by a limited Harris and an absent starting quarterback. Warren has three TDs so far this season, and I like him to find No. 4 on Thursday.
