This game doesn’t mean a ton for the Jets, though the Wild Card is not entirely out of the question for New York. But the Falcons are right in the thick of the NFC East title race and need to keep their place in the playoff picture.

Falcons vs. Jets, Week 13: Pick against the spread
Atlanta comes into this game as a 2.5-point favorite, as of Monday night. They’re also coming into this game on the back of a win over the New Orleans Saints, where they snapped a three-game losing streak. There have been several question marks around second-year QB Desmond Ridder, and rightfully so, but he helped pull out a win in Week 12.
The Jets are in a very very bad place right now. They come into this game off a Black Friday loss to the Miami Dolphins. As a whole, the team has lost four in a row and has benched quarterback Zach Wilson in favor of Tim Boyle. The good news is that the Jets have an elite defense, which scored on a pick-6 against Miami last week. If they can shut down Bijan Robinson and the ground game for Atlanta, they have a good shot to pick up win No. 5. Though the offense will need to not trip over itself too much for that to happen.
