The Baltimore Ravens (8-3) will look to move closer to the postseason picture on Sunday night when they travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers (4-6). Kickoff is set for 8:20 p.m. from Sofi Stadium.

The Ravens are 3-point favorites at DraftKings Sportsbook, while the total is set at 48.5.

Ravens vs. Chargers, Week 12: Pick against the spread

The Ravens can all but assure themselves a spot in the postseason picture with a win Saturday after they picked up a victory over the Bengals last Thursday night. Lamar Jackson (320 all-purpose yards, two touchdowns) put together another masterclass, while Odell Beckham Jr. (116 yards receiving) broke out of hibernation before injuring his shoulder in the fourth quarter. The Ravens have the fifth-best passing defense and have only allowed four touchdowns on the ground.

The Chargers dropped another heartbreaker their last time out in a 23-20 loss to the Packers — their second straight three-point loss to an NFC North team. Justin Herbert passed for 260 yards and two touchdowns in the loss, but it was another game where the Chargers’ offense was failed by its porous defense. Herbert’s thrown for more than 2,600 yards, but the Chargers’ pass defense has allowed more than 2,900 yards through the air, which is the worst mark among teams that haven’t played in Week 12.

The Pick: Ravens -3

I think this is a close game throughout (LA is essentially playing for its life at this point), but I think the Ravens talent wins out. The Chargers offense will need to play mistake-free football because of it’s defensive shortcomings, which should lead to a big day from Jackson and co. as the game goes on.
