With Joe Burrow done for the season, there’s not quite as much at stake in this Week 12 AFC North matchup between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals. In fact, it’s the Steelers who are now on a good path toward a playoff berth, while the Bengals can probably start thinking about 2024.
Still, there’s a game to be played. The Steelers are favored by 1.5 points in Cincinnati, with an over/under line set at 35.5, according to DraftKings Sportsbook. Here are the prop bets I’m eyeing in this one.
Steelers vs. Bengals player prop bets
Joe Mixon — Anytime touchdown scorer (+110)
Mixon has found the end zone in four straight games now. And with Jake Browning under center in place of Burrow, the Bengals are going to have to lean on Mixon even more this week.
Jaylen Warren — OVER 71.5 rushing + receiving yards (-115)
Everyone in your fantasy league is probably hip to this already, but Warren is on fire for the Steelers. He’s clearly their best running back, despite Najee Harris still commanding a bunch of touches. Warren’s topped 100 yards rushing in both of his two games. The Bengals are bleeding yards on the ground, giving up 345 in their last two.
Diontae Johnson — OVER 53.5 receiving yards (-115)
Johnson’s failed to top 50 yards over his last two games, but the Bengals pass defense should help him get back on track. Cincinnati is ranked 27th in passing yards allowed, and they’ve allowed 1,730 receiving yards to wide receivers, 12th most, so far this season. Johnson has had at least 54 receiving yards in eight straight contests with his team as the road favorites.
