Last week, the Buffalo Bills (6-5) picked up a big 32-6 win over the New York Jets to keep their postseason hopes alive. They’ll have their work cut out for them on Sunday when they take on the Philadelphia Eagles (9-1) who are fresh off a win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night, Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. ET.
The Eagles are 3-point favorites at DraftKings Sportsbook, while the total is set at 48.5
Bills vs. Eagles, Week 12: Pick against the spread
Not only was Buffalo’s win over the Jets helpful to their playoff standing, it was also cathartic, as it came after the Bills fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey in the hopes of turning their season around. While Josh Allen leads the league with 22 touchdown passes and has thrown for more than 2,800 yards, he also leads the league with 12 interceptions. The Bills will be without
As mentioned above, the Eagles picked up a big win over the Chiefs their last time out in what was a bit of an ugly game. Quarterback Jalen Hurts was okay (150 yards passing, 29 yards rushing), but he scored the go-ahead touchdown on a tush push. Devonta Smith (1,013 yards receiving) and DeVonta Smith (632 yards) were both quiet against the Chiefs but could be in line for big games against a Bills secondary that’s dealing with some injuries.
The Pick: Bills +3
I wouldn’t take this if it drops below +3, but I like Buffalo’s chance to cover a field-goal deficit. Winning at Lincoln Financial Field is no joke, but Josh Allen and the Bills offense should be confident after blowing out the Jets last week.
