Update, Tuesday afternoon: Tyreek Hill was a limited practice participant on Tuesday and is listed with an ankle/quad injury on the Dolphins’ official report. Hill and the Dolphins face the Kansas City Chiefs in the Wild Card round of the 2024 NFL playoffs on Saturday, January 13 at Arrowhead Stadium. Earlier this season, Hill had eight receptions for 62 yards against Kansas City.

Dolphins star wide receiver Tyreek Hill took himself out of the game late after suffering an injury against the Bills. The injury is unknown at this time, but he has been dealing with a ankle sprain.

After leaving, QB Tua Tagovailoa threw an interception that sealed the game for the Bills 21-14. That also means we won’t get to see if Hill would have been able to return. We’ll update with the latest news as it comes in.
