Update: White is back in the game for the Bucs at the start of the second half.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White has exited Sunday’s Week 18 contest against the Carolina Panthers with an injury. He came off the field limping and holding his side in the final minute of the first half.

White got plenty of touches in the first half as the offense has sputtered in today’s regular season finale. He has eight carries for 37 rushing yards on the ground and has caught four targets for 18 receiving yards through the air. The second-year running back has had a breakout season for the Bucs, entering Sunday with 915 rushing yards, 531 receiving yards, and nine total touchdowns on the season.

We’ll see what his status is as both teams come out of the locker room for the second half. Tampa Bay currently holds a 6-0 lead and can clinch the NFC South title with a victory this afternoon. The Bucs will be eliminated from playoff contention with a loss.
