The Philadelphia Eagles will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Wild Card round of the 2024 NFL Playoffs. The Eagles fell apart at the end of the season, and quarterback Jalen Hurts is dealing with a dislocated finger. He suffered the injury in Week 18 against the New York Giants and admitted on Thursday that it wasn’t the smartest move going back into the game after the injury.
Hurts has played in 17 games this season. He has thrown for 3,858 yards with 23 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. Hurts has run the ball 157 times for 605 yards but has added 15 touchdowns largely from the infamous “Tush Push” or “Brotherly Shove.” There are times that Hurts looks like he is going to be an MVP candidate, but the Eagles haven’t been able to sustain their early season momentum.
