The Miami Dolphins were beaten with authority by the AFC leading Baltimore Ravens in Week 17 by the score of 56-19. And to add injury to humiliation, it appears they have lost OLB Bradley Chubb to a potential ACL tear, per Marcel Louis-Jacques.
Chubb has played well this season. He leads the league with six forced fumbles, has 11 sacks, 10 tackles for loss and 21 QB hits. His absence takes a huge part of the Dolphins’ defense away as they get set to play the Buffalo Bills for the AFC East Championship.
Whoever wins will get the No. 2 seed in the AFC, which means homefield advantage in every game unless they face the Ravens. Chubb’s loss may not move the line much, but there’s no doubt his absence will move my assessment toward the Bills.
