The New York Jets announced their inactives report for Week 13 and the team will have both running backs Breece Hall and Dalvin Cook active against the Atlanta Falcons. Both were listed as questionable but will play on Sunday.
Hall was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a hamstring injury, but was upgraded to a full participant on Friday. Cook was a late addition to the injury report, getting added as limited on Friday due to a shoulder injury.
Cook will get some work, but Hall is the clear starter. Cook has had more carries than Hall in one game, getting 13 to Hall’s 10 in Week 1. Since then, Hall has generally outworked him in a big way. We’ll se a heavy workload for the backfield with Tim Boyle being what he is, and that bodes well for Hall. Cook is potentially worth a look in much larger leagues (ex: 14- or 16-team dynasty leagues), but not in most leagues.
