Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry left the game in the fourth quarter of Week 13 vs. the Colts due to a head injury. He is on the sideline in the medical tent being evaluated for a concussion.
Henry had 102 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns for the day before leaving the game. The injury occurred as he was tackled on a play and the defender made helmet-to-helmet contact with the running back.
