Titans RB Derrick Henry actually not in concussion protocol ahead of Week 14

Titans RB Derrick Henry suffered a head injury in Week 13. Here are the latest updates and fantasy football impact.

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry left the game in the fourth quarter of Week 13 vs. the Colts due to a head injury. He is on the sideline in the medical tent being evaluated for a concussion.

Henry had 102 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns for the day before leaving the game. The injury occurred as he was tackled on a play and the defender made helmet-to-helmet contact with the running back.

Monday update: Henry is not in concussion protocol, per head coach Mike Vrabel. Adam Schefter appears to have gotten this one incorrect.

Monday update: Derrick Henry is in concussion protocol, per Adam Schefter. This puts his Week 14 status in jeopardy. But, he does play on Monday night against the Dolphins. That gives him an extra day.

Update: Henry is being evaluated for a concussion, per Jim Wyatt.

Update: Henry left the sideline and is headed to the Titans’ locker room with under seven minutes remaining in the game.
