Game day update: Marquise Brown is expected to play, per Adam Schefter.

The Arizona Cardinals will host the San Francisco 49ers for their Week 15 matchup this afternoon and wide receiver Marquise Brown is listed as questionable with a heel injury. He missed practice on Wednesday, but was a limited participant on both Thursday and Friday.

We’ll go over what his status could mean from a fantasy and betting standpoint below.

Marquise Brown injury

Fantasy football analysis

Brown has made decent contributions for the Cardinals this season and averaging 10.4 FP points per game, he entered Week 15 as the No. 39 fantasy WR in PPR leagues. He’s grabbed 51 targets for 574 yards and four touchdowns this season and is usually commanding in the range of 7-8 targets per game.

Even if he is active for today’s game, I wouldn’t recommend starting him against a tough 49ers secondary.

NFL DFS analysis

Brown enters this week’s contest with a DFS price of $5,100. There is some value to be had with his price, but he hasn’t necessarily been lighting it up in DFS as of late and I’d defer to other receiving options for my lineup.

Betting analysis

San Francisco enters the game as a heavy 12-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook, accompanied by a total of 48. Moore’s status affect either of those lines.
