Tyreek Hill exited late in the first quarter of Week 14 vs. the Titans due to a lower body injury. He was able to run off the field to the chant of “MVP! MVP!,” but he went into the medical tent and hasn’t returned to the game.

The Dolphins lead 7-0 on a pick-six thrown by Will Levis. Hill had two receptions for 13 yards before being forced from the game.

Tyreek Hill injury updates

Post-game update: Hill did leave the game again late and was battling through the injury. He will likely have some tests run and miss some practice time, but hopefully he will be able to go next week against the Jets.

Update: Hill is back out there despite the medical tent visit and catches a 21-yard pass as the third quarter ends.

Update: Hill has returned to the medical tent in the third quarter, per Chris Perkins. He didn’t appear to re-injure his ankle while on the field when the Dolphins went 3 and out, but it must not have been feeling right. We’ll see if he returns on their next possession.

Update: Hill has returned to the game in the third quarter. We’ll see if he can be effective, but this is great news.

Update: Hill came out of halftime without his ankle taped and with no helmet. He is now testing his ankle on the sidelines.

Update: Still no Hill before halftime. He has yet to be ruled out, but there have been no indications that he will try to return to this game.

Update: Hill’s left ankle is heavily taped and he is on the sideline without his helmet while the Dolphins offense is on the field. It doesn’t appear that he will return anytime soon.

Update: Hill is questionable to return with an ankle injury.

Fantasy football injury impact

With Hill out, Jaylen Waddle is the No. 1 receiver, while Braxton Berrios will take a big chunk of Hill’s snaps. The team appears to be leaning on the run game with Raheem Mostert and De’Von Achane to compensate at the moment.
