Alexander Mattison is ACTIVE for Week 11 vs. Denver Broncos

The Vikings published their Week 11 inactives report, and Mattison is ACTIVE for their matchup against the Broncos. We break down what it means.

Minnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison is active for their Week 11 matchup with the Denver Broncos. Mattison suffered a concussion in their matchup with the New Orleans Saints, which knocked him out of their matchup.

This has been a decent season for Mattison as he’s got 130 carries for 461 yards. He also has 24 receptions for 164 yards and three touchdowns. Many thought this would be a breakout season for Mattison as the Vikings cut Dalvin Cook because Mattison was ready to be the RB1. While he’s been decent, I don’t think he’s given them everything they expected.

Mattison should start in fantasy this week. The Broncos allow the most standard fantasy points to running backs in the NFL at 45.9 per game. They are also allowing 68 receiving yards to running backs which is the most in the NFL. This feels like a game that Mattison gets going in the passing game.
