New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson is active for their Week 11 matchup with the Buffalo Bills. Wilson had been dealing with an elbow injury that he suffered in their Sunday Night Football game against the Las Vegas Raiders. In press conferences this week, Wilson was adamant that he would be playing in this matchup.
Wilson is having a solid year. Everybody expected this to be the year that Wilson breaks out as one of the best wide receivers in the NFL with Aaron Rodgers as QB1, but unfortunately they got to play one series together. He’s still put up decent numbers without him as he’s caught 55 passes for 642 yards and two touchdowns. He’s got 7+ catches for 80+ yards in four straight games. It is evident that Wilson is a WR1 in this league.
He should be starting in all fantasy lineups this week. The injury is not as big of a concern as it seems and his recent success has been impressive. Zach Wilson knows that he has a talented guy that he can’t afford to not get the ball to. The Bills secondary also has not been very good and I would expect a similar performance to what Courtland Sutton did against the Bills last week which was eight receptions for 53 yards and a touchdown.
