The Seattle Seahawks will take on the Los Angeles Rams in an NFC West divisional battle in Week 11. The Seahawks may be the better team, but the Rams are coming off their bye week, and reports suggest they were able to get some key players healthy. Seattle isn’t as lucky, as wide receiver Tyler Lockett is dealing with a hamstring injury. He didn’t practice on Wednesday or Thursday.
Tyler Lockett injury updates
Friday update: Lockett is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game.
Fantasy football analysis
Lockett may be second on the team in receiving yards (494), but he leads in receptions (46) and touchdowns (four) in the nine games that he has played. This would be a tough matchup for him, though, as Los Angeles allows the 11th-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers. Still, if Lockett were healthy, he would be considered a flex play in 12-team leagues or larger from his role in the passing game.
If Lockett were to miss the game, rookie WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba would be the likeliest to see an uptick in targets. DK Metcalf would be worth a start in 10-team leagues or larger, with JSN taking over as a flex option in 12-team leagues. If you need a dart-throw DFS play, look to Jake Bobo.
