Friday update: Allen was going through the Chargers Friday walkthrough, per Daniel Popper. Popper says Allen didn’t go through the walkthrough last week, so this is progress. He will likely be listed as questionable and a game-time decision.
Thursday update: Allen was once again limited in Thursday’s practice, and it seems like he’s going to carry a designation into the weekend. If he does play, Allen is likely to be on some sort of snap count as the Chargers hope to avoid aggravating the hamstring ahead of the bye week.
Wednesday update: Allen logged a limited practice Wednesday, which is an encouraging sign for the receiver. However, he did mention he could use this week and the bye week to heal the hamstring completely. That doesn’t bode well for Allen’s fantasy prospects this coming week, although managers might prefer his hamstring heal completely instead of potentially getting aggravated again in Week 7.
The Los Angeles Chargers got a big overtime win against the Denver Broncos in Week 6 and could be getting a huge part of their offense back for Week 7 against the Seattle Seahawks. Head coach Brandon Staley said wide receiver Keenan Allen will be back at practice this week, a sign of a potential return for the star. Allen hasn’t been back in a game since he suffered the hamstring injury in Week 1.

"You can expect him to be back in practice this week,"
Fantasy football implications for Week 7
The Chargers have been a mixed bag offensively with Allen sidelined. Expect Mike Williams and Josh Palmer to be relevant in fantasy formats if Allen remains out in Week 7, although the production has been inconsistent. Allen could return against a soft Seattle defense but the Chargers also have a bye in Week 8 and could opt to hold him out and give him an extra week to completely recover.
