Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green was ejected from Tuesday’s game against the Phoenix Suns after appearing to swing at Suns center Jusuf Nurkic. Green was assessed a Flagrant 2 foul and got tossed. He’s likely to face another league investigation and possible suspension. This is Green’s third ejection of the season.

You can clearly seen Green exaggerate his action as he’s falling away from Nurkic, and his right hand clearly catches Nurkic on the side of the head for no reason. It’s hard to tell whether or not Green did this intentionally, but we know he isn’t going to receive the benefit of the doubt anymore given his past actions.

Green was already suspended five games this season for putting a chokehold on Timberwolves big man Rudy Gobert during a scuffle between the Warriors and T-Wolves. The initial incident was involving Green’s teammate Klay Thompson, but Green clearly escalated the situation by putting his hands on Gobert and being overly physical.

We’ll see how the league approaches this latest incident involving Green, and if the Warriors have any discipline on their end as their star defender keeps getting tossed.
