We go over how you can watch Friday’s ESPN game between the New Orleans Pelicans and Golden State Warriors.

ESPN will host Friday’s matchup between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Golden State Warriors with tip off set for 9:30 p.m. ET. The game will take place at the Chase Center in San Francisco, and will air on Bally Sports NO in the Pelicans market and on NBC Sports Bay Area in the Warriors market.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out this NBA matchup, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription. If you don’t have a cable login to access ESPN for a live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

The Pelicans season is over and Zion Williamson isn’t coming back for the final few games. Williamson fractured his finger and was ruled out indefinitely. Really, the Pels only had an outside shot of making the play-in tourney. That probably wasn’t worth stretching Williamson a few more games. So New Orleans enters this game without Zion and Lonzo Ball, while Brandon Ingram and Steven Adams are both questionable.

This is a weird spot for the Dubs. The Warriors can win and basically seal up the 8-seed in the play-in tournament. If that’s the case, Golden State will likely have to face either the Lakers or Trail Blazers to decide the 7-seed. If the Dubs lose and drop to 9th place, they’d have to beat the Spurs and probably the Grizzlies in order to grab the 8-seed. Avoiding the Lakers or Blazers in that 7-8 game may be worth it. We’ll see how the Warriors proceed tonight.
