TNT will host Thursday’s matchup between the Charlotte Hornets and Brooklyn Nets with tip off set for 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will take place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime NBA matchup, you can stream the game on Watch TNT or via their mobile app. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription.

If you don’t have a cable login to access TNT for live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

The Hornets have won four of their past five games and don’t look now, but are the 4-seed in the East? What world are we living in? Anyway, the absence of LaMelo Ball (wrist) has sparked a fire under the Hornets, who have a chance to return to the postseason for the first time since 2016. Charlotte has been getting it done on defense, holding opponents to 105 points or fewer in each of the past five games.

The Nets await the status of James Harden, who left Wednesday’s game in the second half due to hamstring tightness. Chances are Harden will be held out of the second of a back-to-back as a precaution. Worst case scenario is Harden misses extended time. Even that might not be that bad for the Nets. Kyrie Irving is more than capable of carrying the team and the Nets overtook the Sixers for first place in the East on Wednesday despite Harden going down.
