ESPN will host DAY’s matchup between the Dallas Mavericks and the Boston Celtics with tip off set for 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will take place at the TD Gardin in Boston, Massachusetts. If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime NBA matchup, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription.

If you don’t have a cable login to access ESPN for live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

The Dallas Mavericks sit in the 7-seed in the Western Conference at 24-21, 0.5 games ahead of the San Antonio Spurs in the playoff picture. So if the season ended today, the Mavs would be stuck in the play-in tournament. Unfortunately, Dallas trails the Portland Trail Blazers by 3.5 games to get out of the play-in tournament. The Mavs ended a two-game skid with a win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday.

The Celtics are listing Jaylen Brown as questionable to play against the Mavericks due to a hip injury. Brown was held out of Monday’s loss to the New Orleans Pelicans, which dropped the Celtics to 23-24 on the season. Boston is also the 7-seed in its conference, tied with the Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat in the standings. Time is running out for the Celtics to improve in the standings and avoid the play-in tournament.
