NBA starting lineups, injury news for Sunday, February 28th

We’re down to eight games on the schedule for the last Sunday before the All-Star break. The Toronto Raptors are dealing with a Covid-19 outbreak and their game against the Chicago Bulls on Sunday night was postponed. Most of the Raptors coaching staff and Pascal Siakam were placed in health and safety protocols. It seems more players were also added and the Raptors were going to be unable to field a full roster.
