The Nets have been absolutely dominating on a West Coast swing, winning all four games to extend their streak to five overall. Their latest victory came at Staples Center against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. Dennis Schroder was sidelined for L.A. but you’ve got to give credit where credit is due. The Nets are starting to show us how dominant James Harden and Kyrie Irving can be. Kevin Durant remains out with a hamstring injury but that hasn’t hampered the team.
The Clippers just got Kawhi Leonard and Paul George back from injury. PG-13 had been sidelined for seven games due to a toe injury. Kawhi was held out only a few games due to leg contusion. The Clippers have managed, winning five of their past six games. The Nets will be a different animal with Kyrie and The Beard. L.A. has the defenders to matchup and more depth, so we could finally see the Nets streak come to an end.
