ESPN will host Sunday’s matchup between the Boston Celtics and New Orleans Pelicans with tip-off set for 3:30 p.m. ET. The game will take place at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime NBA matchup, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription.

If you don’t have a cable login to access ESPN for live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

The Celtics split a back-to-back set with the Atlanta Hawks with a win on Friday. Jaylen Brown entered the game questionable with knee tendonitis but was able to play, scoring 17 points in 34 minutes. Prior to the win, the Celtics had lost five of the past seven games. The team has clearly missed the physical presence of Marcus Smart, who remains sidelined with a calf injury. Boston should have everyone else healthy for an afternoon matchup vs. the Pelicans.

The Pelicans have lost five of the past six games and continue to disappoint this season under new coach Stan Van Gundy. Zion Williamson has been the only player on NOLA that seems to not disappoint. He’s averaging 26.6 points and 5.5 rebounds in the month of February. That hasn’t helped the Pels win games despite having a lot of hype heading into the season. New Orleans needs to shore things up on defense, especially with C Steven Adams dealing with an ankle sprain.
