What to watch, what to watch for NBA schedule on Valentine’s Day

Anyway, no matter how you’re celebrating V-Day, you’ll be doing so with plenty of hoops. The NBA has nine games and 18 teams in action for Sunday. The early game pits the Boston Celtics vs. the Washington Wizards. The Celtics have been reeling, losers of 6 of their past 9 games. Later on in the day, we get another taste of Airbnb and the Charlotte Hornets. That’s LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges — the new duo that has everyone talking.

There are some injuries to note, particularly Anthony Davis (Achilles) and LeBron James (ankle). AD is questionable again despite returning last game vs. the Grizz. James should end up playing with the probable tag. Jamal Murray (ankle) is also questionable in Lakers-Nuggets. We could lose a lot of star power depending on how the injury reports shake out.
