We’ve got five games in the NBA for the first Tuesday of 2021. There’s been some big news around the league surrounding a certain superstar. Brooklyn Nets SF Kevin Durant was placed in quarantine for seven days on Monday after contact tracing. He is expected to miss the next four games or the Nets, including Tuesday’s matchup against the Utah Jazz. With KD out of the lineup or a week, Brooklyn will have to figure out a way to get back on track without him. The Nets have lost four of five games since starting 2-0.

The other big-ish news is LeBron James is questionable ... again! King James has been dealing with an ankle injury that has left him questionable to play the past couple of games. That hasn’t stopped James from playing so far. He doesn’t appear to be in danger of missing his first game of the season, but we’ll keep an eye on the news for you.
