Kawhi Leonard, Paul George expected to return to lineup Friday vs. Magic

Both All-Star wings are out of health and safety protocols and should be able to return for the Clippers to end the week.

Los Angeles Clippers All-Stars Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have been cleared of health and safety protocols and are expected to return to the lineup for Friday’s game vs. the Orlando Magic. The only thing that would hold both players out would be conditioning, but neither player missed much time (two games). PG Patrick Beverley is still dealing with knee soreness and has been ruled out again.

With Kawhi and PG back for the Clippers, it’s bad news for the Magic. The Clippers had been on a seven-game winning streak before Leonard and George were ruled out against the Hawks earlier in the week. The Clips have still won eight of the past nine games heading into a matchup with Orlando. We’ll need to wait and see on Kawhi and George to be confirmed back. Reggie Jackson ($6,700) should continue to start at PG for Pat Bev. His price is pretty high, which is a result of both Leonard and PG being out. If both are back, Jackson is a bit overpriced.
